Refund policy

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds. We will exchange faulty product by manufacture only, once the faulty product has been received back to our office for assessment. Return freight charges are at the returnee’s responsibility not ours.

We will package your order with the utmost of care and ensure it leaves our premises under our stringent quality control processes. Should your order be damaged or lost within freight movements, we are not liable. Please remember; you are responsible for shipping costs of all returns.

Postage charges when returning goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.
